2. Data collected

This is a marketing site. Simply browsing it collects no personal data: no forms, no accounts, no profiling. The only data we process is what you send us voluntarily when you contact us by email.

3. Purpose of processing

The information you send us by email is used solely to answer your request and, where applicable, to meet our legal obligations (accounting, tax).

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries (GDPR, art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f), as well as on compliance with our legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).

5. Recipients

Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, Inc.

6. International transfers

Cloudflare may process certain technical data in the United States. These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR.

7. Cookies and local storage

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. As an installable application (PWA), it may store technical files locally on your device to work offline. These files contain no personal data and stay on your device.

8. Retention period

Email exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived in line with the applicable legal retention periods.
