What Harbor does
Never really closed
Closing a pinned tab puts it to sleep: it stays in its group, frees its memory and reloads on click.
Back after a restart
When Chrome starts, every pinned tab returns to its group, asleep. Nothing loads until you click.
Renamable
“Mail” instead of “Inbox (12) – …”. The name sticks, even when the site changes its title.
A home base
Each pinned tab has a base URL you can change and jump back to with a keyboard shortcut.
Synced
Pinned tabs and settings follow your Chrome account from one computer to another. Can be turned off.
Privacy
No account, no analytics, no server of ours: your data stays in your browser and, if you turn it on, in your own Chrome sync.
