## Method

01. Scoping — We frame the problem before writing a single line. Whatever does not serve the goal does not get built.
02. Design — Mockups and technical architecture settled together, so the trade-offs are made while they are still cheap.
03. Development — Frequent, visible releases. You watch the product take shape instead of waiting for one big reveal.
04. Operations — Deployment, monitoring and iteration. Software lives far longer than it takes to build.
